A separate business number keeps your personal phone private. Nextiva lists its Core VoIP plan at $15 per user per month (shown against $23) and Engage at $25 (shown against $50), and says business VoIP from it costs $15 to $75 per user monthly1.

A CRM keeps contacts and deals in one place. HubSpot has a free tier; its paid Starter tier starts at $15 per month per seat as a new-customer discount, Professional at $50 and Enterprise at $752.

Both are priced per user. A one-person company pays one seat; add seats only when someone else needs access.
